Supervisory & Consultation Services

  • Graduate Students

Oak Haven Therapy welcomes MSW students seeking a practice site that is anything but ordinary. If you are passionate about neurodivergent affirming care, play therapy, or working with women, this is a training environment where you will grow clinically and personally in equal measure.

  • Florida RCSWI

Navigating the path to licensure in Florida is a journey — and the supervision relationship matters enormously. We offer thoughtful, strengths-based supervision for registered clinical social work interns who are ready to deepen their clinical identity, refine their skills, and move toward licensure with confidence and genuine support.

  • Consultation

You don't have to figure out neurodiversity affirming care or highly sensitive clients on your own. We offer consultation for fellow therapists who are ready to deepen their understanding, expand their skills, and show up more fully for some of the most underserved clients in our field. Because better informed therapists change more lives.

Your Supervisor

Your supervisor is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker — Qualified Supervisor (LCSW-QS) in Florida, meaning she is fully credentialed to provide the supervision hours required for licensure. But what happens in supervision here looks a little different than you might expect.

Supervision at Oak Haven is strengths-based, relational, and genuinely engaging — because we believe the way you are supervised shapes the kind of therapist you become. Sessions incorporate both educational and experiential activities, and yes, play finds its way into the supervision room too. Because learning happens best when it is embodied, creative, and alive — not just talked about. If you are looking for a supervisor who will challenge you, champion you, and help you grow into a clinician who is fully and authentically themselves, you are in the right place.
