You don't need to be fixed.
You need a therapist who actually understands how your brain works.
Therapy for neurodivergent adults
If you're autistic, have ADHD, are AuDHD, or simply suspect you might be neurodivergent, you may have spent years being told — directly or indirectly — that you're too much, too sensitive, too disorganized, too intense, or not trying hard enough. A lot of traditional therapy repeats that message, even when it doesn't mean to, by treating neurodivergent traits as symptoms to eliminate rather than a different — and valid — way of thinking, feeling, and experiencing the world.
My approach is different. I practice neurodiversity-affirming therapy, which means we work with your brain, not against it. The goal isn't to make you appear more neurotypical. It's to help you understand yourself, build a life that actually fits how you're wired, and unlearn the shame that so often comes from years of masking, misdiagnosis, or being misunderstood.
who we work with
I work with adults across the neurodivergent spectrum, including those who are:
Autistic (diagnosed in childhood, newly diagnosed, self-identified, or exploring the possibility)
Living with ADHD (inattentive, hyperactive, or combined type)
AuDHD (autistic and ADHD)
Diagnosed with or exploring OCD, learning difficulties, sensory processing disorder
Twice-exceptional (2e) — neurodivergent and gifted
Late-diagnosed or self-identified after years of feeling "different" without a name for why
Highly masking, and exhausted by it
Navigating co-occurring anxiety, depression, or trauma alongside a neurodivergent identity
You don't need a formal diagnosis to start therapy with me. Many clients arrive with a hunch, a recent realization, or a lifetime of feeling out of step with the world around them — and that's a completely valid reason to reach out.

What Sets Us Apart
strengths-based
I take a strengths-based, client-led approach — you're the expert on your own experience. I don't view autistic or ADHD traits as problems to be corrected. I view them as part of who you are.
trauma-informed
Trauma-informed care means we understand that many of the ways you have learned to cope, protect yourself, and move through the world make complete sense given what you have experienced. We never pathologize survival. We create a space safe enough for you to gently examine those patterns and choose something different when you're ready and it’s safe.
Neurodiversity affirming
I stay current on neurodiversity-affirming research and frameworks, not outdated deficit-based models. Accommodations are built into the way I work, not treated as an afterthought — flexible session formats, direct communication, and pacing that respects your needs.
A Space That Doesn't Ask You to Translate Yourself
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially if past experiences with providers left you feeling unseen.
My goal in our first session is simply to listen, understand what brought you in, and figure out together whether this feels like the right fit.
